Time to Party

Hello! Here's another fun birthday card with the new Poppystamps Penguin Party release. I wanted a subtle background, but also some shimmer, so I started by ink blending pastel Distress Oxide inks. Next, I added sparkle paste over the Poppystamps Criss Cross Heart stencil. Once it dried, I die cut the paper with the largest Scalloped Pinpoint Frame die to create a festive background.You can read more about it on the Poppystamps Blog! 

This card was so much fun to put together and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. With lots of cake and presents, what more could you ask for?
